This vintage  item is the Snuggle Close baby doll carrier from 1982. There's a small pocket on the front with leg holes where the doll can be placed and adjustable straps so young children can wear it on their front or back.

The fabric has pastel colors and image of Cabbage Patch Kid dolls as well as the Cabbage Patch Kids logo.

There's a light stain on the back, as shown in the last photo, but the doll carrier is otherwise in good vintage condition.

The tag says "Cabbage Patch Kids, P'Tits Bouts de Choux, 1978, 1982."
